Arlene brings over 30 years of leadership across philanthropy and the corporate sector. She spent two decades in executive roles at one of the largest private foundations in the U.S., guiding strategy, operations, and long-term planning. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at a publicly traded company, overseeing multi-market operations and building scalable, service-driven systems. Known for collaboration, transparency, and a deep respect for mission, Arlene has led major infrastructure improvements, managed multi-billion-dollar philanthropic assets, and partnered with boards to drive sustainable growth and meaningful impact.
